Having endured PA twice, I know not only how you are feeling but how hard it is to keep going in daily life while navigating a non-supportive and complex legal system. The living grief we battle. The lost days, months and sometimes years. The sheer hopelessness at times.
For each client I create a specialized healing space that supports you in your mental, physical and emotional health in Parental Alienation (PA). This also includes support in managing communication with your alienator(s) and mentally preparing yourself for court or mediation.
My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and goal-oriented. I believe in empowering my clients to gain self-awareness, confidence, and the skills needed to stand tall and grow even when experiencing this specific form of targeted abuse.
